Yuuguu has announced that its web collaboration tools are now compatible with Mac OS X 10.5 (“Leopard”). Yuuguu lets users instantly share their computer screens, enabling teams to work remotely.

“We recently had the opportunity to demonstrate and discuss Yuuguu with the Mac community at the Macworld Conference & Expo in San Francisco,” says Yuuguu CEO Anish Kappor. “We saw a tremendous response for the diverse ways Yuuguu can help workflow—from help desk engineers troubleshooting remotely to creative teams working on a new ad concept. Across many different industries and work groups, there’s the common need to improve collaboration, especially when dealing with a mixed OS environment.”

Yuuguu, which is free, lets users see, share, and take control of each other’s computer screens and applications in real time. The platform integrates community and messaging with its online collaboration. Colleagues and friends can chat while sharing screens or take advantage of Yuuguu’s integrated voice conferencing services (which aren’t free) for one-to-one and one-to-many voice calls.
