What should I do with my old iPhone if I upgrade to 3G?

If you plan on upgrading to a new 3G iPhone, AppleInsider gives you some pointers on what to do if you want to give your old iPhone to another family member or a friend. Also, here is a informative video from AT&T on the subject.
Another option you may want to explore, is using the iPhone as sort of a iPod touch. You can still use wifi to access things like YouTube, the App Store or the iTunes store. You can also load your videos on it or use it as a portable gaming unit. Simple install the the new 2.0 software and you can download applications and games from the upcoming App Store.
