Ultimate Fantasy Football app released for iPhone

Marvel App today has released iLove Fantasy Football ‘08. In addition to providing Live Player Stats for your teams, Player and Team News, Fantasy football podcasts, League standings, Live Game Scores and Stats, Game Recaps, and Player Injury updates, you will also receive Fantasy Advice. This app is powered by reliable content from industry leaders PA SportsTicker, The Sports Xchange, and Fandora’s Box.
The fantasy football advice consists of weekly recaps, waiver wire and start/sit suggestions, detailed matchup analysis, game weather reports, daily injury updates, and other editorial content. Importantly, content is native to the app resulting in a great user experience. This app is powered by reliable content from industry leaders PA SportsTicker, The Sports Xchange, and Fandora’s Box.
“This app is in the spirit of what we envisioned during concept development for the project and we are excited to have it released and available for fantasy football fans.” said Bill Leisenring, President of Marvel Apps, LLC. Leisenring also stated, “We have already spoken with customers who are using this app to track their leagues stats during game day. In addition to this application, the Fandora’s Box franchise consists of the currently available iLove College Football ‘08, Fandora’s Box 2008 Summer Games, and an accompanying website, fandorasbox.com. The site is the place for fans to go inside to get news, forums, and other information about their favorite players and teams. Make your personal Fandora’s Box and keep track of ‘My Players’ and ‘My Teams’ in one easy to navigate site. The site is also in final development but can be used today during the public beta. Official site launch is planned for December, 2008.
Fandora’s Box is a take off on the greek myth of Pandora. The myth states: “Only Hope was left within her unbreakable house, she remained under the lip of the jar, and did not fly away before Pandora replaced the lid of the jar.” Hope is the fuel of sports fans everywhere and it resides inside Fandora’s Box.
