AppleSource has updated TimeNet, an invoicing software for Mac OS X (10.4 and higher), to version 3.9.26. The new version streamlines the app.
Version 3.9.26 boasts a 66% smaller application file size, 500x faster navigation of the Manager window and other performance tweaks and bug fixes across the board. TimeNet integrates with Mac OS X’s Address Book, so you can add any contact from it. The software is networkable. All information is kept in a centralized location so when it’s time to bill, you have every timesheet from every project available.
TimeNet can integrate with your billing system. You can design your invoice using customizable templates, organize all timesheets by project name, invoice number, client, and date, and view outstanding bills, balances, retainers and more.
With TimeNet, you can create items at a flat price and categories at an hourly rate. You can also create visual reports for a client, a project, or a filtered list of projects. If you have clients in different countries or work in different countries, TimeNet lets you specify the currency type for each of your clients, and performs the conversion rates automatically when generating bills.
The software has integrated Notes and File Folder features. You can organize all images, PDFs, web links, and more in one place. TimeNet also allows you to archive old projects.
