Softpress announces Leopard-enhanced Freeway 4.4

To coincide with the worldwide release of Mac OS X 10.5 (“Leopard”) on Friday, Oct. 26, Softpress will release version 4.4 of its web design applications. Both Freeway 4 Pro and Freeway 4 Express add compatibility with Leopard’s new “Quick Look” feature and are free to existing users of Freeway 4 as a download from the Softpress web site.
As one of the over 300 new features included in Leopard, Quick Look gives an instant preview and improves user recognition of files created in Freeway 4, says Richard Logan, managing director of Softpress. Although Softpress products have been Leopard-ready for some time, “we’re delighted to offer a free update that goes beyond compatibility and adds real-world functionality,” he says.
