SoftBank gives 16GB iPhone 3GS away in Japan for 2-year contract

Good news for the Japanese: the carrier SoftBank today announced it will give an iPhone 3Gs 16GB free for any consumer to commit to her for two years, reports MacMagazine.

The 32GB model will be the best bargain: 480 yen (less than US$10) per month only. It’a all part of a new campaign “iPhone for all of SoftBank,” which will begin this Friday, Dec. 4.
