ShoZu has announced a new application that makes it possible to transfer iPhone and iPod touch photos to any combination of 50 social media sites with a tap of your finger. Available exclusively from the Apple App Store today, it also provides a variety of additional services.
With ShoZu installed, iPhone users can upload any photo captured with the device’s built-in camera or saved to the iPhone photo library to Facebook, Flickr, Photobucket, Kodak EasyShare Gallery, Google Blogger, WordPress and more than 40 other sites without opening a browser or creating multiple messages, according to ShoZu CEO Mark Bole. You select the destinations of your choice from the ShoZu interface, add tags and titles, and tap “send.”
ShoZu for iPhone is a free download. It’s available internationally in English, with French, Italian, German and Spanish versions to be released shortly. It is compatible with the original iPhone, iPod touch and the new iPhone 3G.
