Security and holiday festivities on ‘The MUG Event Calendar’

The Christmas holiday all but quiets the MUG Event Calendar this week.
A California group will host a session on security, but that’s about the only serious entry on the calendar this week. Groups in California and Ohio are planning holiday gatherings, and all else is quiet.
“The MUG Event Calendar” can be found at The MUG Center, an online resource for Mac User Groups, Mac User Groups are starting to officially celebrate the holiday season.
MUGs are good places for making new friends in the Mac community, imProving your computing skills, finding solutions to technical Problems, and perhaps locating a good deal on used hardware. For more info on MUGs, and to find the location of the one nearest you, go to
