imageCultured Code has released a public preview of Things, a task management application for Mac OS X. It requires Mac OS X 10.4 or 10.5, and is available as a free download until the finished version ships this spring for $49.

Things sports a Leopard style source list that lets you focus without switching view modes. A “A magical tag bar” automatically appears when needed and adapts to the currently displayed list. It lets you drill down a list of to-dos. Things offers collaboration features and the ability to display data in a variety of ways.
