Apple has added two new games for purchase from the iTunes Store: Pole Position and Block Breaker.

The games each cost $4.99 and are compatible with the 3G iPod nano, the iPod classic and fifth-generation iPod devices. Alas, they don’t work with the iPod touch or iPhone.

Pole Position from Namco is based on the classic arcade racing game. Block Breaker from Gameloft is a a brick-bashing arcade akin to Breakout.
