Plaxo has introduced Plaxo 3.0, a new release of its “smart address book” service. It’s the first online address book and calendar to synchronize between Mac OS X, Windows, Google, Yahoo!, AOL, Thunderbird, and mobile phones, says Todd Masonis of Plaxo.
Plaxo 3.0, now available for free in seven languages, is currently in beta and can be downloaded here. It offers a wide range of access options, including: a new web interface; native client software for Mac OS X and Windows; and several mobile options, including a new WAP 2.0 version for mobile browsers.
The service, which until now has only been available in English, is now also localized in French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, and Spanish. The new online interface to Plaxo is an AJAX web application, with multiple components, presented in anintegrated, interactive environment.

Thanks.
