Pixar Animation Studios, Apple CEO Steve Jobs’ “other” company (which has been bought by Disney) will announce its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended that ended Dec. 31 on March 7, following the market close.
The company intends to file its annual report on Form 10-K on that date or shortly thereafter. No quarterly teleconference has been planned for the event, as is sometimes the case.
Pixar has released six animated films: Toy Story, A Bug’s Life, Toy Story 2, Monsters, Inc., Finding Nemo and The Incredibles. The company has won 18 Academy Awards, and its six films have grossed more than $3.2 billion at the worldwide box office to date. Pixar will release its next film, Cars, on June 9.
