New model iPhone coming for under $200? (video)

Awhile back, Kevin Rose, founder of Digg, had predicted that the next generation iPhone (3G) may support video chat. Well, he’s back with a new prediction. This time, he claims Apple will introduce an iPhone for under $200.00. Could it be a non-3G entry-level model?
