New Mac Pros at January’s Macworld Conference & Expo?

Since I’m pretty sure that we’ll see an iMac and Mac mini update on Tuesday, Nov. 10 (if they’re not announced today), I’m going out on a limb and say that we’ll see new Mac Pros introduced at January’s Macworld Conference & Expo.

Apple almost never announces new pro products during this mostly consumer oriented-event, but I think the 2009 shindig will be an exception because Apple will want to start hawking pro desktops that work with a new line of LED Cinema Displays that sport a Mini DisplayPort such as that on the new Cinema Display Apple is touting as specifically designed for its new laptop line-up.

That said, I also think Apple will unveil a completely revamped Cinema Display line (20, 24 and 30 inch models) with LEDs, iSights and built-in speakers. Naturally, that won’t be nearly all that will be unveiled during CEO Steve Jobs’ keynote (it’s not been confirmed that he will do the keynote, but the world will be shocked if he doesn’t). But more on that as January approaches.
