New iPods coming in Sept. 5 Apple announcement?

Most folks are expecting Apple to announce a revamped iPod line-up next month. The most likely event for an unveiling would be during the Apple Expo in Paris, which runs Sept. 25-29. However, the ars technica site says new iPods will be announced during an Apple “special event” on Sept. 5.
Sept. 5 is a Wednesday, and Apple normally holds its “special events” on Tuesdays. However, ars technica says the reason for this is the long holiday Labor Day weekend. As for what the rumor meal is expecting for the next round of iPods, check out AppleInsider’s report.
