New battery triples battery life of iPod, iPod touch, iPhone 3G

QuickerTek has debuted a new external battery that works across the range of Apple mobile products, offering iPod, iPod touch and iPhone 3G users up to three times the battery life, the company says. This new battery is available from QuickerTek and dealers for US$44.95.
The QuickerTek battery attaches to an iPod, iPod touch or iPhone 3G, and has a retractable USB charging cable. This cable not only charges the external QuickerTek battery, but also charges the internal battery as well.
