MWSF: Samsung rolls out new series of LCD displays

imageSamsung Electronics America, has unveiled its new series of 24 and 25.5-inch LCD monitors at this week’s Macworld Conference & Expo: the 25.5-inch SyncMaster 2693HM and the 24-inch SyncMaster 2493HM.

They feature full 1080p HD resolution, HDMI inputs, and built-in multimedia speakers. Both feature a four-way adjustable stand, providing for height, swivel, tilt and pivot capabilities. What’s more, both monitors feature a 5ms GTG response time, virtually eliminating blurring or ghosting. The pair of monitors also benefit from a high resolution of 1920×1200.
The 2493HM monitor is currently available at a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of US$599, while the 2693HM monitor is available for $69.
