MacPractice, a developer of practice management software and clinical applications designed especially for Mac OS X, will demonstrate the MacPractice Patient Interface for Web/Reception at this week’s Macworld Conference & Expo.
MacPractice will be demonstrating the interface in Booth S-607 at MSWSF in a joint booth with MacSpeech. MacPractice Patient Interface for Web and Reception area is designed to help physicians, dentists, optometrists and chiropractors who use MacPractice MD, MacPractice DDS, MacPractice 20/20 and MacPractice DC take a step toward becoming paperless. Patients may register themselves on the Internet before arriving in the office, or they can complete their registration forms in the reception area. HIPAA Forms may also be completed and authenticated on line or in reception. Patients may also request an appointment.
Registration and appointment request forms may be integrated into the practice’s web site. More Web Forms are coming, according to MacPractice President Mark Hollis.
The introductory price through Feb. 28 for the MacPractice Patient Interface for Web/Reception is US$800, plus $200 annually for support and updates.
The “Macsimum MWSF 2007 Coupon Book” is available for download. You can find it here and print it as a PDF. It has discounts, special offers and promotions in conjunction with the upcoming Macworld Conference & Expo in San Francisco.
