Drop a QuickTime file into Abaltat Muse, and the software will compose a soundtrack using your selected parameters such as tempo and style.
Once the composition is complete, you can then proceed with making the arrangement.

With five tracks composed, you can choose not only when and where you want to hear those tracks played but also, what instruments you want played. Finished compositions can be exported as .AIFF, .WAV, as a mixed track, individual tracks or as MIDI.

Abaltat Muse is Universal Binary so runs natively on both PowerPC and Intel Macs. It requires Mac OS X 10.4 or higher.

The software costs US$1700. A 14-day demo is available for download.

The “Macsimum MWSF 2007 Coupon Book” is available for download. You can find it here and print it as a PDF. It has discounts, special offers and promotions in conjunction with the upcoming Macworld Conference & Expo in San Francisco.
