imageArcSoft has released ArcSoft MediaImpression, which offers 20 different media managing modules that let you capture, import, browse, search, and organize media files. The US$79.99 software supports Mac OS X 10.5 (“Leopard”).

ArcSoft MediaImpression automatically organize files during import with the use of ratings, tags, flags and calendar views. You can use it to launch Google Earth, navigate to the location where you took your picture, then “geotag” your picture for future reference. MediaImpression also lets you: create custom movies by combining videos, photos, music and transition effects; create custom images by editing and enhancing photos, then adding frames, edges, and clip art; e-mail pictures as simple attachment or inside templates; and upload media files to online picture and video sharing web sites, including Shutterfly and YouTube.

The software has XMPsupport so you can: add title, subject, IPTC, rating and tag information into pictures; share information with other applications and retain this information even if you copy, move or share it with other people. MediaImpression also has MUI (Multilingual User Interface) support so you can adjust text size for easier reading, and choose your language preference.

The “Macsimum MWSF 2007 Coupon Book” is available for download. You can find it here and print it as a PDF. It has discounts, special offers and promotions.
