On the new MacVoices Etelos discusses their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for the Mac.
Don Campbell, the vice president of strategic development of Etelos, discusses their philosophy behind CRM. He also covers the security measures they use to secure your data, how their support of Google apps allows them to offer a free version of their software, and why supporting the iPhone was especially important to them.
