Thinking of getting a flatscreen TV for Christmas? Maybe one you can hook your Mac or Apple TV to? Should you buy a plasma or LCD? Well, today’s Macsimum iPhone video will compare the two and may help you with your decision.
My 2-year old 32” LCD TV died on me recently, so I had to replace it quick. I went to Wal-Mart, of all places, and pick up a fantastic 32” Vizio Plasma on sale for only $437.00—less than half of what I paid for my old 32” LCD TV. Besides the lower price, plasma quality has also come a long way in the past couple of years. They are pretty much equal to LCDs in longevity now—approximately 60,000 hours.
Check out the comparisons in the video and see what screen best suits your viewing habits.
