Only Mac Software has updated MacFamilyTree, genealogy software for Mac OS X, to version 4.3.0, which adds a new Genogram view.
The view shows more branches, such as brothers and sisters, their relationships and children. Adopted children and foster-children are marked with colored lines. The Genogram view also features a lot of viewing option. MacFamilyTree 4.3.0 also has a new event type foster-child addition.
MacFamilyTree costs US$49, though version 4.3.0 is a free update for registered users of version 4.x. It’s Universal Binary so runs natively on both PowerPC and Intel Macs.
