kwiry has introduced new capabilities to its free service that turns text messages into helpful online reminders. Users can now send in photos, as well as access their kwirys anytime, anywhere from their mobile phone.
kwiry is a free service that turns text messages, emails, voice calls, or photos, into online reminders. Users simply text anything to 59479 (k-w-i-r-y) and links to search results will automatically be delivered to their own kwiry page, email, RSS, Facebook, iGoogle, or other favorite Web startpage. Users can also share kwirys with friends, offering a way to see what others are discovering. There’s also integration with calendars such as iCal, Outlook and Google Calendar.
With the recent addition of new features, kwiry users can now take a photo of whatever is around them and instantly send it to their personal online kwiry page from their mobile phone via MMS or email to save@kwiry.com, says kwiry co-founder and CEO Ron Feldman. In addition, kwiry has added a slimmed down version of its website for mobile browsers, as well as an optimized version of kwiry.com for the iPhone. Users can point their mobile browser to m.kwiry.com or go to http://www.kwiry.com on their iPhone or iPod touch to access their kwirys.
