Bobby Cronkhite Software has released King’s Cup 1.0, a new party card game created for the iPhone and iPod touch by Bobby Cronkhite and Sam Dominguez is now shipping. It’s available at the Apple App Store for US$2.99.

Here’s how the game is described: “King’s Cup is a great game to play at your next party! As the first true multi-player friendly social drinking app designed specifically for the iPhone and iPod Touch platforms, King’s Cup has fun animations and polished artwork!

“King’s Cup is an animated variation of the age-old card game. Each player simply selects a card at random from the virtual deck. The card is then revealed indicating an action to take along with a fun animation demonstrating that action! With integrated rules for each card, players of
all experience levels can participate.

“King’s Cup is a full screen guide to a great time. Need to answer an incoming call, or text message? Not a problem, King’s Cup saves your games, remembering which cards have been played, so you can pick up the action right where you left off!”
