iRingPro has issued today an open call for submissions for “The Best Free Ringtone On Earth.” contest. The company intends to curate a living list of the very best, legal, free ringtones in the world.
Once the list has reached critical mass, iRingPro will open public voting and the best of the best will be officially crowned, says iRingPro founder Joel Hladecek. The iRingPro staff will review each submission to verify that the sound may be legally used for free before passing the link on to users.
iRingPro ringtones are available for purchase and download. All 21 ringtones come bundled as a set for the single price of US$9.95. They’re formatted for Apple iPhone and other phones that allow custom MP3 files to be loaded from a computer and assigned as a ringer by the user.
