IAA rolls out PocketMac Games line

imageInformation Appliance Associates (IAA) has unveiled PocketMac">http://www.pocketmacgames.com/">PocketMac Games for your Mac and PDAs. Four have been introduced, with more planned.

“This new product line is devoted to providing adults with a computerized version of the schoolyard recess that everyone looked forward to as kids,” says Tim Goggin of IAA. Every game on PocketMacGames.com was designed to maximize stress reduction and provide a quick break to game users during the day, he adds. The four inaugural games (US$19.95 each) are:

° PocketMac LunarMines—an arcade game in which the player has to defend lunar mine machinery from sabotage from moon creatures.

° PocketMac Tic-Tac-Toe—a remake of the classic Tic-Tac-Toe game complete with options to expand the number of cells.

° PocketMac Hangman—a “rethinking” of the original childhood classic Hangman game, with options to set the relative difficulty of the words in the game.

° PocketMac TaiwanTiles—a tile-matching Mahjong game complete withAsian art tiles , sound effects and music.
