H2O Audio iDive 300 makes scuba diving iPod compatible

imageH2O Audio, a watersports music company, has announced its new solution for scuba diving, free diving and snorkeling: the iDive 300 (US$349.99). The new iDive “Deep Dive” waterproof housing and over ear speakers provide iPod users with the ability to take their podcasts, training videos, music and movies to an unprecedented submersion depth of 300 feet, says Kristian Rauhala, CEO of H2O Audio.

The H2O Audio iDive 300 supports most iPods. Its integrated microprocessor allows for push button control of click wheel and touch screen iPod devices. It uses three AA batteries, has a built-in amplifier, a locking cam knob and lanyard loop. The H20 Audio iDive 300 has a polycarbonate construction and comes with a two-year warranty.
