There’s a new—and free—service to help you with your Macworld Expo and Conference travel, especially if you’re booking your trip through any of the online sites out there.

TripIt is a new online travel assistant that organizes trips you book online, including air, hotel, car, rail, restaurant, and activities—even when booked through different services. If you’re local or nearby, it still helps keep you in sync with your show activities.

You just forward your travel confirmation emails to plans @ TripIt.com and TripIt automatically builds a master online itinerary for you. Each personalized itinerary features the trip details, confirmation numbers, locations, weather, maps, city guides, OpenTable restaurant reservations and more.

TripIt will also automatically sync your itinerary with your personal calendar too, even if your plans change, so you don’t have to manually enter them. You can also share travel plans with co-workers, friends, and family. TripIt is accessible from your computer and via your mobile phone.
