Flying Mac has updated FarFinder, a Mac OS X app that lets you access the files on your Mac from “anywhere” by using a web browser, to version 1.2.1. The upgrade offers minor cosmetic and structural changes.
FarFinder sports an iPhone-specific interface. You don’t have to install any software on the machine from which you’re connecting.
FarFinder costs US$35, though version 1.2.1 is a free update for registered users. It requires Mac OS X 10.5 or higher and one of these browsers: Firefox 2 or higher, Safari 2 or higher, Internet Explorer 6.x or Camino 1.5 or higher.
