MusiGames, a developer of games and edutainment software, will be at this week’s Macworld Expo. The company just raised its first investment round with Criatec Fund, a Brazilian seed capital group, and will show its latest games at Macworld.
With the Criatec funding, MusiGames finished raising capital for its current investment plan, with a total value in excess of US$1.5 million, including R&D grants from the Brazilian innovation agencies FINEP, Facepe and CNPq. The investment will be used to expand MusiGames’ line of music titles. Eight games will be launched in 2010 and some of them can be seen at Macworld 2010.
