Envision expands line of LCD displays

imageEnvision has expanded its line of LCD displays with the introduction of the US$239.99 G2016wa 20-inch monitor. It’s equipped with a HDCP compatible DVI-D input, allowing it to work with cable, satellite and other set top boxes to accommodate a variety of multimedia options, including the ability to display High Definition (HD 720p/1080i). It also comes with built-in stereo speakers.

The Envision G2016wa offers a combination of 1680X1050 native resolution, a 3000:1 contrast ratio and 5ms response time. Circuitry on the widescreen monitor includes Dynamic Color Boost (DCB) with five options for natural color reproduction, and Eco Mode, which enables users to regulate power consumption with a choice of Text, Internet, Game, Movie and Sports settings.

The G2016wa is also VESA-compatible, allowing users the option of mounting to any wall from the den to the office. The display meets safety and environmental standards, including EPA ENERGY STAR and ROHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive.)
