imageHoly Mackeral Software has updated DocHaven, a “Finder-like” Document Management System (DMS), to version 3.0. The upgrade adds support for project histories, priorities, expenses and resources, and project milestones.

Clicking icons, DocHaven users can create standard document templates, keep multiple versions, “Take Out,” “Copy Out” and “Put Away.” Documents are stored in projects that can hold any number of files and folders from any program. Users can log in over the Internet and take out only those documents they have access to, with all access logged.

DocHaven is Universal Binary so runs natively on both PowerPC and Intel Macs. Pricing starts at US$20.
