DiskTools ready for Snow Leopard

imageMacware has updated DiskTools Pro for Mac OS X to version 3.5.1. The upgrade is ready for Mac OS X 10.6 (“Snow Leopard”)>


DiskTools is a collection of utilities featuring bad sector detection and repair, file defragmentation, S.M.A.R.T. monitoring and analysis, bootable disk backup with automated scheduling, and more. It was developed for Macware by Intech, a developer of disk utility software used for testing and repair by major hard drive manufacturers.

DiskTools 35.1 is compatible with Mac OS X 10.3.9 or higher. It costs US$79.99, though version 3.5.1 is a free update to registered users of version 3.x.
