Digieffects ships Simulate: Illuma plug-in package

imageDigieffects, a developer of visual effects software plug-ins, has shipped Simulate: Illuma, an US$99 plug-in package offering a specialized collection of effects plug-ins for creating light and glow effects. 

Simulate: Illuma includes the following effects: Halo, a bloom/blur effect with color channel control; Lightracer, which enhances visible light sources, particularly in dark settings as well as providing options for creating unique image looks; Radiance, which lets you create a glow with a versatile set of tools including intensity and threshold for each individual color channel; Photogust for point emanation blurs; and Luminus, for glow creation with lots of control including multiple effect blend modes.

Simulate: Illuma is the first plug-in package in the Digieffects Simulate series of plug-in packages. Simulate: Camera and Simulate: Pyro are due to be released later this summer.
