Applied Computer Concepts has unveiled the newest release, of their native Mac OS X dental product, Dental Office Manager Studio, which now includes scheduling. Dental Office Manager Studio was developed exclusively for the dental office, and is the product of over 18 years of
real-life, dental office use, according to Michael Kofski, co-owner of Applied Computer Concepts.
Applied Computer Concepts has served the dental community since 1986, when they released the original Dental Office Manager product, which ran on the Mac SE 30. Their next version, Dental Office Manager II was one of the first true cross-platform (Mac or Windows) applications for the dental practice. Today, all development, marketing, accounting, etc. is still done in-house, solely on the Mac, Kofski says.
Applied Computer Concepts provides custom changes based on client requests to the Dental Office Manager software, typically at no additional charge. All products have an intensive system setup module, to allow the user configure the program to use features and functions according to their individual tastes, Kofski says. A free demo is available for download from the Dental Office Manager Web site; contact Applied Computer Concepts for pricing options.
