Apple will launch its first line of TV programming on the Canadian iTunes Store this week, reports Ars Technica.
Programming from a handful of Canadian television networks will start cropping up on the localized version of the Apple digital download service as early as Tuesday afternoon, with a hard launch slated for Wednesday, the site says. Ars Technica adds that “the Canadian iTunes Store won’t carry a ton of content, but it’ll certainly get the ball rolling.” Users will begin to see shows from CBC, CTV, and a handful of shows from US networks.
