Bulletproof Monk is the 99 cent “Movie Rental of the Week” at the iTunes Store. The 2003 film stars Yun-Fat Chow, Sean William Scott and Jaime King.
Based on the underground comic book, an immortal Tibetan monk finds a mentor in a young street kid whom he can teach to protect the ancient scroll he’s been guarding for the last sixty years. With the help of a sexy and elusive young woman named Bad Girl, they come together to do battle with the kung fu master who’ll stop at nothing to get the scroll.. You can buy Bulletproof Monk for US$9.99.
Except for specials like the “Movie Rental of the Week,” iTunes Movie Rentals are priced at $2.99 for library titles and $3.99 for new releases. High definition versions are just one dollar more with library titles at $3.99 and new releases at $4.99.
