imageGEAR4 has released the the BluFM. The device (approximately US$74) is an FM transmitter for the iPod, but also pairs up with your mobile phone to let you take calls hands-free over your car stereo.

Pair it with a Bluetooth mobile phone, and BluFM will interrupt your music with a ring tone for incoming calls and allow you to take the call over the car stereo. It has a built-in microphone to pick up your voice and transmit it over the radio and features DSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology for echo cancellation. Plus, once your call is finished, your tunes will kick back in automatically. With a Bluetooth stereo (A2DP) mobile phone, pair it up with the BluFM for wireless music and hands-free calls from the same device.

The FM transmitter function is compatible with any portable music player. Plug the BluFM into your cigarette lighter, use the 3.5mm audio cable provided to link it to your iPod or other portable music player, then choose an available frequency.
