Axiom releases ‘luxury’ computer speakers

Axiom has released a line of “luxury” computers speakers with prices starting at US$349. You can connect them to your Mac or connect the speakers and 55-watt-per-channel amplifier to your iPod dock.
The luxury speakers come in charcoal, black, white, silver, cherry, walnut and walnut cherry “flavors.” They measure 6.5 by 5.5 by 4 inches. Axiom is offering an optional isobarically loaded dual-cone subwoofer for $179.
