Aspyr announces details for SAT Prep game

Aspyr Media, in collaboration with global test prep leader Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions hasannounced the name and all-new details for its upcoming SAT prep game. It will be released for the Mac, PC and Nintendo DS. Release date and pricing haven’t been announced.

Called futureU, the game will be divided into three main categories: Math, Critical Reading and Writing. According to Aspyr, futureU teaches core concepts, measures player progress, and provides an interactive experience. The game is rooted in Kaplan’s proven curriculum and includes original methods and specialized strategies.

These details come on the heels of Aspyr and Kaplan’s announcement in March that the companies have entered into a multi-year agreement in which Aspyr will bring Kaplan-branded interactive entertainment products to market. as English language and professional licensing exams. Kaplan also provides private tutoring and college and graduate admissions consulting services.
