Apple’s web site traffic jumps 42 percent from March to April

Apple’s web site increased 42 percent in April, according to the latest stats from ComScore Media Metrix, which has released its monthly analysis of U.S. consumer activity at top online properties and categories.
Apple had 38,789,000 visits in April, up from 27,317,000 in March. Apple’s is the thirteenth biggest US web property. April’s Top 50 Properties saw Yahoo! Sites and Time Warner Network claim the top two positions once again. Google Sites, Fox Interactive Media, and Wikipedia Sites all gained one spot within the top ten to positions three, five, and seven, respectively.
