Apple working on in-car satellite system?

Apple is developing an in-car satellite system claims the German magazine, Focus. The publication claims that the Mercedes-Benz line will get the system first.
Speculating on the report (rumor?), Tech.co.uk says that Google Maps integration should be a shoo-in as it’s already included in Apple’s iPhone. Multi-touch, the iPhone’s much-heralded (and patented) touchscreen interface, could also work well on a satellite navigation system, the article adds.
