Chuck Says:
Wow, Microsoft at #3. Go figure. Every time I go to their site, not only do I end up confused, but the two times I posted questions, they publicly showed my email address and I received a dramatic increase in spam for months. Never again.
In contrast, the Apple site is pretty easy to navigate, and I just love the user discussion groups. I usually get an answer pretty quickly and painlessly for my Apple issues there. I wish more companies would provide that kind of web support for their products. Nice job, Apple. Well deserved traffic.
