Apple products did well in the “Best (and Worst) of 2007” list by PC Magazine. The 20-inch Aluminum iMac placed second in the desktops category (behind the HP Blackbird 002), the 15-inch MacBook Pro (with LED screen) topped the notebooks list, and the iPhone was second among smartphones (trailing the Nokia N95).

The iPod touch was the numero uno media gadget; in the same category the Apple TV placed fifth. “To come up with the winners, PC Labs analysts and editors voted on the breakthrough digital tools that truly push the boundaries of what we can do today, and what we will be doing tomorrow,” according to PC Mag.
