Investment bank Goldman Sachs is predicting that Apple will introduce two revisions to the iPhone next year, as well as introduce the Apple TV 2.0. In a note to clients, analyst David Bailey said that his sources tell him that a second-generation iPhone is in the “final design phase” and will most likely include 3G capability.

When will we see such a critter? Bailey says it will most likely be due in the second half of 2008, but feels Apple will roll out a smaller upgrade with more flash memory earlier in the year. What’s more, the analyst says his Asian contacts indicate that Apple will roll out a new Apple TV in the second half of 2008 “which could include an LCD display.”
