Adobe has made the latest update of After Effects CS3 (version 8.02) immediately available through the Adobe Update Manager and for download. In addition to providing support for Mac OS X 10.5 (“Leopard”), the update features P2 support in After Effects CS3, completing the Panasonic P2 tapeless workflow in Production Premium CS3.

With an easier workflow, users can now import native P2 media and share it seamlessly between their editing work in Premiere Pro CS3 and their compositing and effects work in After Effects CS3 via Dynamic Link, all without transcoding, according to the folks at Adobe. You can catch a video demonstration of the new P2 workflow in After Effects CS3 here.

Adobe has also released updates for InDesign and InCopy.

The “Macsimum MWSF 2007 Coupon Book” is available for download. You can find it here and print it as a PDF. It has discounts, special offers and promotions.
