Aestiva introduced this week new advanced vendor management features for its purchasing platform, Aestiva Purchase Order. The features are designed to meet the needs of retail, restaurant, hospitality and other chains and franchises, and multi-branch businesses.
The advanced vendor management tools with Aestiva Purchase Order include:
° Divided Vendor Administration, so corporate and retail locations can independently administer their users and transactions on the system;
° Separated Vendor Management, so different departments—from individual stores to central buying—can manage and share vendor information and use both corporate and local vendors;
° Special Vendor Approvals, enabling different purchasing approval flows according to multiple business-unit-specific processes.
Installed on standard servers, Aestiva Purchase Order is highly scalable for deployment in global enterprises using minimal IT resources. The product is typically installed on a corporate server. Users can access the application via the Internet or Intranet from any browser (Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, and others) running on any end-user computer operating system (Mac OS X, Windows and Linux).
